The numbers vary widely on people who actually practice physical fitness but if we surmise that someone who devotes 2 hours a day to working out and also works at a moderately physical job produces a physical energy equivalent of 35 hours a week. Many jobs that require high energy output may exceed 60 hours a week. At the low end is the couch potato expending about 6 hours a week.

Assuming most people are awake sixteen hours a day their mental workout usually consists of repetitious stressful thought and tasks equaling over a 100 hours a week.

The devout worshiper attending 2 services a week with the average time spent in devotion might attain 30 minutes at the maximum.

So, if there is a point here, most people spend more time working out than may actually be healthy for them. Beyond a certain point added physical activity can produce adverse results.

Most people spend too little time utilizing the Creative part of their mental processes. Most mental activities pursued, even so-called fun activities are not necessarily the healthiest form of mental exercise. Anytime stress is associated with the mental activity it becomes a negative factor. Most people have a mental application deficiency of over a 100 hours a week.

Something to consider, all healing and health is influenced by the spiritual part of our selves.

It is virtually impossible to maintain any acceptable level of mental and physical health without a healthy spirit.

If we told someone that we did a Spiritual Workout for 30 minutes every week their laughter would would be uncontrollable.
